We are a boutique design studio, which means we intentionally take on a limited number of projects at a time. You work directly with the principal designer throughout the process, allowing for a high level of attention, care, and continuity.

Designing and renovating older homes involves many moving parts. Our full-service model allows us to guide decisions, coordinate details, and carry the vision through — so your home feels intentional, finished, and easy to live in.

Our work follows a clear, six-phase approach:

1. Inquiry Call – A complimentary 20-minute call to understand your goals

2. In-Home Consultation – $450 · 90 minutes of on-site guidance and direction

3. Design Development – Concepts, layouts, selections, and planning

4. Procurement – Ordering, tracking, and managing all design items

5. Project Management – Coordination with trades and timelines

6. Installation & Styling – Final placement and finishing touches

Hyper-local means our work is deeply rooted in South Minneapolis and the surrounding neighborhoods. We understand the architecture, materials, and quirks of older homes here, and we collaborate regularly with trusted local trades.

Because we work close to home, we’re able to be on site as frequently as needed — meeting with trades, overseeing work, and staying hands-on throughout the process. This proximity allows for better communication, continuity, and thoughtful decision-making from start to finish.

While we work primarily in South Minneapolis and select nearby areas, we occasionally take on projects outside South Minneapolis when the scope and fit are right for both parties. If you’re unsure whether your home falls within our service area, we encourage you to inquire so we can discuss.
