Meet Leah
Leah Garczynski is the Owner and Principal Designer of 13th Avenue Interiors in Minneapolis, MN. She started this business in 2021, inspired by a lifelong passion for interiors and a deep love for transforming old homes into modern spaces.
After spending almost 20 years in a corporate career, she honed valuable skills that she now brings to her design work— being a great listener and communicator, paired with natural decisiveness and top-notch organizational abilities.
Leah and her family live in a century-old home in South Minneapolis, and understand firsthand how unique modern living in an old home can be. With two energetic kids—an 8-year-old and a 5-year-old—and a playful mini Goldendoodle, she's learned how to make the most of every space, embracing the quirks of older homes while making them functional for busy lives.
It’s this personal experience that drives our passion for helping other families find the perfect balance in their homes.
